A cinematic short portrait
To mark the museum's thirtieth anniversary, two short films about the Langmatt and its history were produced by Seed Audio-Visual Communication AG. Discover the historical origins of the Langmatt and its important collection of French impressionists. The two films explore the heart and soul of the Langmatt and trace its magical "spirit".
From the beginning of September, an 8-minute portrait of the historical origins of the Langmatt will be shown in the newly furnished cinema in the historic car garage of the Browns.

Museum Langmatt – Das Haus der Entdeckungen
In Zusammenarbeit mit dem Museums-PASS-Musées entstand im Herbst 2021 ein 45-minütiger Film über das Museum Langmatt. In diesem besonderen Haus der Entdeckungen ist eine der bedeutendsten Privatsammlungen des französischen Impressionismus zu sehen. Museumsfachpersonen beleuchten die unterschiedlichen Facetten des Museums, wie Familiengeschichte, Sammlung, Archiv und zeitgenössische Kunst.
